At DRIVO Car Rental, we make renting a car simple, transparent, and hassle-free. To ensure a smooth vehicle collection process, please review our payment policy below.

Accepted Credit Cards for Security Deposit Authorization

The security deposit can be authorized using one of the following credit cards:

• Visa Credit
• Mastercard Credit
• American Express Credit
• Diners Club Credit

Cards Not Accepted for Security Deposit Authorization

The following payment methods cannot be used to authorize the security deposit:

• Debit cards
• Prepaid cards
• Electron cards (including Visa Electron and Maestro)

Cardholder Requirement

The credit card used for the security deposit authorization must be issued in the name of the main driver (the person signing the rental agreement).

Payment for Your Rental

The rental amount may be paid using:

• Credit cards
• Debit cards
• Prepaid and Electron cards

Please note that cash payments are not accepted at any DRIVO rental location.

PIN Verification

For your security, your card issuer may require PIN verification when completing your payment.
